One of their cook is from the North and the other one from the South Part of India. Mumtaz Indian use pure Indian ingredients to prepare the food and serve Jine, Halal and pure vegetarian food.
Mumtaz Indian have area to serve for tourist group of 10 to 30 persons at a time for lunch time or dinner time.
Now they serve special THALI meal for lunch and dinner, both Vegetarian Thali and Non-vegetarian Thali which include Rice, Roti(Naan) Vegetarian curries, pickles, dessert, and the non Veg Thali include Fish or Chicken.
