Tandoor

Tandoor had its sister restaurants, Tandoor and India Palace in Hanoi.
 
Tandoor refers to the clay pot used in the far North of India to barbecue, breads and meats.
It  also serves delicious South Indian food, made mostly from rice and lentils. North Indian foods are more wheat-based. For the outside world, however, Indian cuisine simply means North Indian  the ubiquituous bread and curry.
