We have just landed in Kuala Lumpur from Hanoi.
I am writing to you to give some feedbacks about the service provided by your company.
First of all i would like to thank Mr. Trong for his great service in guiding me and my family all around Hanoi. He is competent, polite, was always on time, caring and helpful. He also speaks bahasa malaysia/indonesia which is an added advantage. Not to forget the driver Mr. Hung who was also always on time, very polite and drive well.
The hotel you provided (cosiana hotel) was excellent. We loved it everytime we dined in at the hotel. Food served was excellent. Hotel room was spacious and we got everything we needed. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed the view of Halong Bay. It was amazing.
Red House is excellent. The food was great. Staff were so friendly. Little India was average. Cosiana hotel restaurant is the best.
All the caves that we visited were really beautiful. Overall, I had a pleasant time with my family in Hanoi, Tam Coc and Ha Long Bay.
