My husband and I had an enjoyable trip to Hanoi. We enjoyed our tour very much especially to Tam Coc. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with as much information as he could when we enquire.

The car was very comfortable and made the 2hours journey very relaxing. We also had a very good and safe driver. Overall, we had a good experience and we look forward to coming back.

Thank you very much too for your assistance. It was a great trip and my family enjoyed it very much. Special compliment for Lan too ( our tour guide) as he has been very helpful and understanding throughout the duration.

 

The dining arranged was also good especially the Little Indian and D lions. Those are quit perfect just in case if you have Malaysian guest in future. The Indian Restaurant is ok but perhaps you may want to ask them in advance any preferred menu.

In short, the trip was perfect and again we would like to thank you and your team for having us. May God bless you all in future.

Yes, we are back in Australia now - very sad that our holiday is over, and we are missing Hanoi already! Thank you very much for sending the photo: it is an extra memento for us of our time in Vietnam (plus the lovely picture cards you gave to us on the day - they are great!). Everything worked smoothly on the final day and we made it home as planned.
Thanks again for all your assistance throughout: we've said it many times now, but we deeply appreciate everything you did for us. And it was great to meet both you and your staff, and have the chance to thank you all personally.

Good luck for the future, and rest assured if any of our friends visit the region in the future we will be suggesting they contact you first to help organise their trip.

I have got some comment from our  group 15-18/09.  We were satisfied with your service and we felt great while having trip previously.  Thank u so much to all crews.  Really appreciate it.

But, in our next group, Could you please reduce the Pagoda visits into 1 or 2 places just ok.  We still can change the pagoda visit with other place right?

Sorry! We have been travelling since we finished the tour last night so sorry for the delay. I have now paid it. Thank you for bring understanding. We enjoyed the tour very much & the weather was very kind to us. We did provide some written feedback on the sheet provided & I gave it to Cuong. We enjoyed everything. Cuong & the driver were very helpful in getting us to & from the train. If made a big difference.
