Thanks. In overall of our trip, I and family are very happy & satisfied with your services. As requested, I put my comments as;
 • Guide/Driver - We’re very pleased with kindness & helpful of your tour guide Ms Lucy & driver Mr Khan.
 • Accommodation - our child’s room is slightly crowded with one extra bed. It would be recommends to accommodate the bigger room when an extra bed is required.
 • Food - Halal foods is good & suitable for Malaysian taste.

The tour guide Than was highly skilled because I'm fussy in choices of places to visit. The driver's skilld amazed me on the roads with heavy traffic.

My apologies, I missed your email! Hope you are well.
We had the best time in Sapa, it was definitely a highlight of our entire Vietnam trip, thanks to your amazing tour and our guide Dung (Ma A Dung)! I hope you also received our feedback form?
We were able to appreciate and experience the magnificent beauty of Sapa on this tour especially with the homestay and trekking through the villages and taking in all the incredible scenery. We must highly commend our local tour guide Dung who was very helpful, knowledgeable and a friendly person who we all got along well with!
The Victoria Resort was an excellent choice and the VIP Sapaly train was comfortable and well-appointed for our overnight trip. Overall a great experience in Sapa that we won't forget!

I have been told about your tour company by my friends and I would like you to organise part of my holiday in Vietnam.
 My husband and I are travelling to Vietnam in May 2013. We have activates planned for part of the visit but after speaking to our friends we hope you can help with the rest of our holiday.
We will be in HCMC until the 5th May and we want to fly to Hanoi on 6th May 2013.
The tours we want to do are:-
 • Ha Long Phoenix Cruiser. 3 Day/2 nights . One night on Ha Long bay Junk boat and one night on Cat Ba Island at the Eco lodge. Then travel to Hai Phong City by Hydrofoil boat
 • We want to go to Ninh Binh and stay there for 2 nights.
Can we go to Ninh Binh directly from Hai Phong City? We would prefer to go by private car/train (not bus) to Ninh Binh if it is possible to go directly from Hai Phong City.
 We would need you to organise us the accommodation and guide in Ninh Binh and we would like 3 star hotels if possible.
 • Sapa Discover. In Sapa, I would like to do some trekking but not too hard. Can you tell me how much trekking is in the Sapa Discover tour?
I am interested in spending 2 nights in Sapa, so the 3 day/4 nights trip would be good. I think the Superior Hotel would be good but can you please give us the price for the Victoria hotel as well?
We would prefer a 2 berth train as well if possible. Our friends went on the Fransipan train and said it was really good.
 • We want to go to Hoi An for 3 nights as well. I want to organise the accommodation in Hoi An, but I would like you to organise the flight and transfer for me.
 • We need to get back to HCMC on the 20th May 2013 for the fight VN 773 to Sydney which leaves 8.40pm Vietnam time.
I hope you are able to understand what I want. We do not mind which order we do the tours in. Maybe it may be best to do Sapa first. I will be guided by you as to how the itinerary is structured.

Very good outing and interesting experience

Dear Ms Nguyen,

Sorry for not get back to you since back to Malaysia. Just come to the office today, was on leave yesterday.
Thank you very much for the service provided while we were there. The service provided by the tour guide and the driver was very good. Send our regards to both of them. Our tour was mostly to find and shop for Vietnamese products, therefore, we didn't go to the tourism destination just the Mekong Delta and it was very good outing and interesting experience.
 
Hope to visit Ho Chi Minh again in the near future.
