We had a reasonable good holiday

Hi Ms Hai Yen,

Sorry for not replying earlier as I have been busy lately. Have to make some money after my holiday in Vietnam.!
Ok,feedback. Overall I am reasonably happy with the tour arrangement by your company. However there could be some improvement that can be done.

1. Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, we were not able to view the body of the great leader lying in state because it was a Friday. The water puppet show is very good because it is very unique and special.

2. We enjoyed the perfume pagoda even though there was not many people there.

3. Tam Coc - because of the off season there was not much to see. There were no rice fields so only the 3 caves.

4. The Sapaly train was good but a little time consuming. 8 hrs per trip takes a lot of time. If there is a faster train or transport to Sapa it should be considered.
One night in Sapa is not enough. After the train ride one should spend at least 2 nights in Sapa.

5. Halong Bay is interesting and a unique experience. Food on board is commendable. Crew very friendly and accommodating.

6. Guides. Mr. Truong is a good and knowledgable guide. Very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to use him if to visit again.
Guide in Sapa ( can't remember her name) is also very friendly and accommodating. Both guides made sure we boarded the train safely which I think is highly commendable.
Maybe you should give us some guideline on how to tip the guides and driver. We hope we have tip them enough! Drivers and car is also good.

7.meals..can't comment much as we did not pre book your meals but overall we enjoyed the Vietnamese food.

Anyways we had a reasonable good holiday and I have already made plans to visit Ho Chi Minh in August 2013!
By the way do u do golf tours for Hanoi? If you do maybe you can give me some quotes for the tours. Maybe a 5 days 4 nights , 3 rounds of golf?

Sorry for overlooking your earlier e-mail. I thought as I have given my comment on the form given to Mr.Thanh,
it would suffice. Frankly, I dont have any adverse comment about the trip as every one of us enjoyed the trip,
accommodation,meals, sight seeing, boat ride and of course shopping! Our tour guide,
Mr Thanh is very entertaining and experienced and always obliging to any requests. We would certainly recommend to other people to book through Muslimtravelvietnam.

We wish to cover HCM City, CuChi and Mekong River (similar to your 4D/3N package) but the 4th day we want to just stay in HCM shopping. This means for the 4th day, we just book the hotel. Hi, My family enjoyed the whole trip
1) Guide
Our guide Mr Dao was the best tour guides we ever had and he had a very deep knowledge of what he's tasked to do and also about the places we visited especially the Chu Chi Tunnels and he's also helpful in every way. Like for eg: We had a couple of shirt to be made on day one and there was a mix up in the delivery due to hotel room change as we checked out on day 2 and checked in back on day 3 so our guide went down back to the shop to collect it from us on day 4. He was also the person who was punctual(On time) this makes us confident on him. He's also friendly to chat with also.
2) Cruise and Cars
The transportation were clean and comfortable and was ready to use at any point of time. Our driver was also on time
3) Accomodation
The hotel was ok in Ho Chi Minh a strategic location for shopping and walking around
The hotel in Vung Tau was ok but its abit too sceluded and also quite far from the main beaches.
4) Meals
The meals was fine and nice. The only downfall was hotel breakfast the food choice was limited for halal meals. I don't see a variety we can eat.
Overall the whole package was ok and exceeds beyond our expectations for a family trip.

overall we are very happy with the service, perhaps to further enhance the service, you can provide tourist with alternative places to go as a replacement if some places we not able to visit on that day because of major event as that day we not able to enter the catheral and post office due to some event taken place on sunday 16 dec.
other than that, everything else is very good :)

Dear Ms Hai Yen,

Thank you for making this Vietnam trip a wonderful and memorable holiday
for my family. All your advices and links are very helpful to prepare
myself as a first timer to Vietnam. The itinerary prepared is according
to my preference. Only during Mekong River cruise my wife did not follow
and stayed in the hotel for safety reason due to leg injury.

Guide - Mr Thai : 5 points out of 5
Very punctual. Very patience. Very helpful. Very informative about the
places that we visited. Good spoken English.
Mr Thai arrived on time to pick us up for visiting in the morning and to
bring us for dinner.
As I had informed earlier that my wife suffered leg injury and she has
been on wheel chair most of the time. Mr Thai was there to assist us
while crossing the road and also helped to push from one point to
another. He helped a lot pushing around especially at Chu Chi tunnel.
The ground there was not even and pushing the wheel chair at times can
be quite difficult.
I appreciate the assistance that Mr Thai had provided to my family
throughout the trip.

The driver helped to carry up and down the wheel chair from the mini
bus. He drove in a very safe manner. We reached each destination without
any incident.

She will advise me on how much to tip as I was not aware that there are
tips to be given for the folk singer, sampan ride and boat man.
I was also happy that the boat we took was for my family only. Also life
vest is available.
However, I did not see the floating market.

get it anytime here. But the curry is good)

Hotel - Asian Ruby 4 (booked by myself)
4 points out of 5 (not handicap friendly. My wife got to hop to the
lobby. If she has no problem this hotel is good. Breakfast is not so
good. I require halal food so I will just eat bread, cakes and drinks.
Good near to Ben Thanh Market. I walk there in the morning and night)

I will definitely recommend Muslim Travel Vietnam to my family members
and friends is they intend to visit Vietnam for their holiday.
